WHAT DO WE REMEMBER?
As you read these words a tiny portion of your brain is physically changing. New connections are sprouting, making a circuit that will create a jab of recognition if you encounter these words again.

It is one of the last great mysteries. A mystery we all carry inside our heads: how we remember, what we remember; why we remember. Someone can say something, an insult, a humiliation, and you carry it with you as long as you live, a shard of glass healed inside a wound. Someone can move you, a touch, a kindness, and it can change forever the way you think about the world.

Memory is an entangled and enchanting domain. And trying to disentangle it and use it to explain our current situation is what we as humans do. On Memory starts with the break up of a love affair. And for ninety minutes the two thirty-five year olds try to remember how and why they have reached this point. We will watch the couple and their memories and try to reach our own conclusions.
